How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → BurnIQ → Cancel Subscription. You'll keep access until the end of your billing period.

How do I restore my purchases?

Open BurnIQ → go through onboarding → on the paywall screen tap "Restore Purchases" at the bottom.

My data disappeared after logging out

Log back in with the same email and your data will be restored from our servers automatically.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Profile → Settings → scroll down → tap "Delete Account". This permanently deletes all your data.

The AI coach isn't responding

Check your internet connection. The AI coach requires an active internet connection to work.

How do I reset my password?

On the login screen tap "Forgot password?" → enter your email → enter the 6-digit code → set a new password.
