Welcome to Peak Social. By downloading, browsing, accessing, or using the Peak Social mobile application, website, and related services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

If you do not agree to every provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the App and uninstall it from your devices.

2. Description of Services

Peak Social provides a fitness and social platform including workout logging, nutrition tracking, health metric estimations, outdoor route mapping, and community networking.

3. Medical and Nutritional Disclaimer

Peak Social is not a healthcare provider or a substitute for medical advice. Exercise and diet involve inherent physical risks. Always consult a physician before beginning any new training program or nutrition plan.

4. Eligibility and Account Registration

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Peak Social (in compliance with COPPA). You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.

5. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of the photos, workout logs, and text you share. By posting, you grant Peak Social a license to host, display, and distribute your content across the platform.

6. Acceptable Use Policy & Community Guidelines

Peak Social was built to inspire healthy fitness progress, authentic connections, and positive athletic motivation. To preserve a safe and respectful community, all users agree to strictly adhere to our Community Guidelines. You shall not:

• Respect & Anti-Harassment (Zero Tolerance): Engage in targeted harassment, bullying, intimidation, threats, or hate speech directed at any person based on race, ethnicity, nationality, gender, sexual orientation, disability, or physical appearance. Body shaming or degrading remarks regarding others' physiques or workout progression is strictly prohibited.
• Privacy & Personal Information (Anti-Doxxing): Share private personal information (such as phone numbers, home addresses, government IDs, or non-consensual media) belonging to another person without explicit consent. Doxxing, tracking individuals maliciously, or sharing private direct messages without mutual agreement will result in immediate account suspension.
• Content & Media Safety: Post content that is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, sexually explicit, pornographic, or depicts nudity. Graphic gore, violence, or media promoting self-harm or eating disorders are strictly prohibited.
• Integrity, Spam & Scams: Use automated bots, spam direct messages, coordinate artificial engagement rings, post misleading commercial solicitations, or distribute fraudulent phishing or cryptocurrency schemes. Impersonating any athlete, creator, or Peak Social staff member is forbidden.
• Health & Workout Safety: Provide unauthorized or dangerous medical or fitness advice, promote dangerous extreme diets, or encourage the use of illicit performance-enhancing substances.
• System Security: Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, data-mine, extract source code, or upload viruses, trojan horses, or other malicious software.

7. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may voluntarily delete your account at any time through the in-app Settings.
